The Wolds Village
The brief of the project was to provide some replacement air conditioning units for the main kitchen area and the food prep area, as the units that were currently installed were 26 years old, and they were not working very efficiently at all. We recommended a 10kw wall mounted unit for the main kitchen area. This was due to the high heat gain from the gas burners, and kitchen appliances.
We recommended a smaller 7kw wall mounted unit for the food prep area.
We were very pleased when Sally accepted our quote and we looked forward to working with them
Whilst installing the new equipment, our engineers had to work very closely with the kitchen staff to ensure any disruption was kept to the bare minimum, as the restaurant has a very good reputation.
Since completing the installation we have secured the service and maintenance contract for all the equipment on site.
